By creating an account or using Myadspadi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must be 18+ or have permission from a guardian.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
- Do not resell or rebrand the Service without written permission.
Plans and billing
- Free plan: 3 analyses per month.
- Starter plan: 50 analyses per month.
- Pro plan: unlimited analyses and 30-day marketing plans.
- Paid plans renew monthly through Paystack until cancelled.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 7 days.
AI output disclaimer
Reports are generated by AI and are intended as guidance. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, or business outcomes. Always exercise your own judgement.
Intellectual property
You own the content you upload. We own the Service and its branding. Reports we generate for you may be used freely in your own marketing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel anytime from your billing page.
